The recommended “IHATOV Set Meal” is a set meal that uses a variety of ingredients from Iwate. Some including suudon, kakuni (cubed pork belly). （The “Ihatov” is a term coined by Kenji Miyazawa to describe his ideal home, Iwate Prefecture.)
