Originally a dairy farm, ice cream production began with a desire to share the delicious taste of milk from cows raised in the natural environment and scenic farming villages of Shizukuishi. Made each morning with fresh milk from the farm and blended with fresh fruits and vegetables, this ice cream is filled with the delicious flavors of Shizukuishi.

When you visit, we encourage you to enjoy your gelato in the great outdoors. Believing that food tastes better in a beautiful setting, the team has developed a walking trail through the surrounding area. In addition to their dedication to quality ingredients, they are also committed to enhancing the environment around you. The trails are designed for you to savor your gelato while strolling through the larch forest, allowing you to experience Shizukuishi with all five senses.

There are about 10 flavors to choose from, including seasonal gelato and standard gelato. The brown rice grown at Matsubara Farm is one of the most highly recommended ones and if you come across it, you should definitely try it.
