Rooms and Baths

All guest rooms at Kameyama Onsen Hotel offer stunning views of Lake Kameyama. Guests can choose from traditional Japanese-style rooms with futons or Western-style rooms with beds, catering to different preferences.

A wooden deck and hammock for enjoying private lake views. A projector for an immersive entertainment experience.

The pride of the hotel is its 100% natural flowing hot spring, featuring a rare chocolate-colored natural hot spring. This unique hue, caused by humic substances derived from ancient plant deposits, gives the water exceptional skin-cleansing and smoothing properties.

The hot spring, sourced from 2,000 meters underground, naturally gushes at over 600 liters per minute. While the water’s temperature is a mild 26.4°C due to the lack of underground magma, it is heated and circulated to provide a refreshing soak.

The public baths are very spacious where you can enjoy the view outside.

Private open-air baths (limited to 2 groups per day) are an option as well. Where people can relax in solitude while taking in the stunning natural surroundings of Lake Kameyama.

Dining

Kameyama Onsen Hotel serves dishes made with fresh local ingredients from Chiba’s Boso Peninsula, as well as select delicacies from across Japan. While honoring the principle of local consumption, the hotel focuses on sourcing the best ingredients nationwide to create exceptional culinary experiences.

The seasonally changing menu allows guests to savor the essence of Japan’s four seasons through their meals.

For breakfast, guests can enjoy a half-buffet featuring local ingredients, paired with Chiba’s premium rice brand, “Tsubusuke.” On some days, a traditional Japanese breakfast set is served instead, providing a delightful start to the day.
