In particular, the plentiful hot spring water flowing directly from the source and the rich efficacy of the hot spring ingredients will help melt away the stresses of everyday life. Additionally, the inn’s design highlights traditional Japanese beauty, with the decor in the guest rooms and throughout the building that creates an inviting atmosphere. The inn is dedicated to offering guests a unique and memorable experience, focusing on heartfelt hospitality and a warm, welcoming environment.

Rooms

The guest rooms are all designed in a timeless Japanese style, blending the restful charm of the past with modern comforts. Each of the 12 rooms features spacious tatami mat floors, offering a peaceful environment for guests to unwind. You can enjoy beautiful views of nature in the four seasons from each room, especially during fresh greenery and autumn leaves. The design reflects traditional Japanese aesthetics, creating a serene atmosphere where the most luxurious experience is simply to relax and watch the natural scenery and drifting clouds from your window.

The inn offers natural hot springs, with separate large baths for men and women, as well as open-air baths with free-flowing water. The large baths are spacious, allowing for a relaxing soak in the hot springs. In the open-air baths, you can relax and feel nature in an open space. Enjoy the star-filled sky, and bask in the morning sun and fresh air.

In addition, the bathhouse is filled with the fragrance of cypress, which gives a soothing feeling as if you are in a forest.

Meals

At every meal, you can enjoy fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The chef uses local produce, like “Akita Komachi” rice from nearby farms, and picks wild vegetables from the hills every morning. He hopes that “every time you visit, you will feel a little surprise.”

The inn is proud of its dishes made with “Shizukuishi beef,” a top-quality black Japanese beef, and “Akita Komachi,” rice. lovingly grown by a local couple. The chef prepares each dish, making them both beautiful and delicious.

For breakfast, you’ll enjoy healthy Japanese dishes made with fresh, local vegetables and seafood. For dinner, the inn offers kaiseki cuisine that highlights seasonal ingredients, with course meals that let guests savor the flavors of each season.
