Unlike the bakery you might imagine, there are no bread lined up in the store. You order your favorite combination of about 50 different ingredients, bean paste, and fillings, and <span class=\"marker\"><span class=\"marker2\">the staff sandwiches the ingredients onto the koppe bread in front of you to complete your bread<\/span><\/span>.
